Yellowcard’s last show in Singapore

Yellowcard – a Florida based four-piece band, has announced their breakup. Formed in 1997, this band released 10 studio albums before deciding it is time to call it quits.

After attending their first show in Singapore in 2012, I thought it would be fitting that I attend their last, and they did not disappoint. The gig was held on the 12th of February this year at Hard Rock in Sentosa.

They played a kickass show – playing older songs for die-hard fans as well as some from the new album for people just getting into their music.

It’s hard to believe that they’re retiring after 20 years playing shows all over the world, they will be missed, but they definitely went out with a bang.
